this weeks answer come in two parts — part I answered from my earth-bound lens as dee and a participant of past-life regression and part II is a channelled answer from the higher self doris. this newsletter relates back to previous issue 14 soul connections & contracts and issue 9 addressing angels & afterlife. kindly note that ‘god’ could be substituted for any venerable you prefer and the reference to ‘heaven’ for a non-physical plane that resonates with you.
part I
i am going to tell you a love story. a story about my first love — in this lifetime and lifetimes before. this is a story of how i came to learn of past lives through love and loss.
in my early twenties, i lived on top of a green tea field in the shizuoka prefecture of japan, teaching english to engineers who designed electrical parts for toyota. my office/classroom was huge. it was so big that all the teachers who left the company would leave their collection of books in there. it became an unofficial orphanage of books and in between students i began sorting them according to genre and colours, just for fun.
i received a call one morning. it was my ex-boyfriends mum. my legs crumbled in anxious anticipation. she delivered the news — her firstborn son and the first love of my life was hit by a car and dead. his mum continued on — he never loved anyone else and that i was the love of his life. he was twenty-three years old.
in the months to follow — the search begun. the search for anything that could begin to elucidate what i was experiencing with death and how a human i truly loved more than anyone else i had ever met — was no longer here on earth. i needed something to grip onto in the dark, some concept or consciousness to hold my hand through the night — and it would end up being right in front of me.
in the library that i had been joyfully categorising into subjects was an entire bookcase filled with new age titles exploring life and death, the esoteric and the unexplained. there was literally rows and rows of higher consciousness books waiting to be devoured, that i had unknowingly styled into a spiritual shelf for my soul.
in between students, i began consuming pages, scribbling notes, absorbing metaphysical material that fuelled my insatiable thirst for etheric growth. i was consumed with exploring spiritual concepts we name as life & death, heaven & god, angels & guides, soul purpose & soul contracts, future lives and past lives. i was driven by an internal desperation and questions fuelled by grief.
a couple years later — i am living in a share house in melbourne and going through a hideous break up with a current boyfriend. on a balmy summers night, i find out he has done the dirty on me — with the girl across the road on a backstreets of fitzroy. i fall to bed wrecked from the drama and drain of deceit and slip into a dream that is vivid with colour and resonance.
i am with the boy who passed away. we are madly in love and a well-to-do couple of high status, dressed in elegant robes during what feels like ancient greek or roman empire times. that night — within the dream stage — i find out that he has been with a woman i know well and trusted. i am livid, heartbroken and seething with rage — the same hell fire fury of a woman scorned, that i am experiencing in my current life.
i wake up with an understanding that the current of wrath catapulted and connected to a past life. that the boyfriend who died had chosen to incarnate to his most recent life, to meet me (again) and give me the unconditional love that he could not in our previous life together. i rise with a deep knowing in my heart that he ticked that box, untied the karmic knot from our past life and accomplished what he set out to do within his lifespan to seal our soul contract.
part II.
you have lived innumerable lives here on earth and other planes and planets of existence. we as pure souls are constantly shifting between the etheric and earth realms of existence — in a physical state of be-ing and then passing back through to heaven/the high heavenly realms of etheric spaces into pure soul beings without physical form or a body or meat suit to call our own.
when we are back home as we like to call it up here, we are filled with love and enduring strength and full capacity of our souls intentions and interest and eternal light-beingness. when we choose to incarnate once again, we put aside some of our energy to transit and transmute into our earth-bound incarnation. it is a lengthy process you could say, however time is relative/non existing/irrelevant in a lack of time space reality.
so when you decide to re-enter the plane of existence on whatever planetary field or astronomic area you wish to go for your next adventure/quest for life, you then choose your avatar or form. lets just stick to humans for this example. so you pick your earthling and your ascended line of mother and father where you will inherit physical, some spiritual and genetic codes imprinted into your DNA — the good, the bad and the ugly as they may be, or the bold and the beautiful and the brave — depending on your course or journey.
you may prefer to have a ‘hard’ existence or a ‘heavy’ load so you have a greater chance for soul evolution and lessons on earth school or you can take a gentler path of existence, to carry out your intended tasks and reasons for living that current incarnation. whatever you choose is a free-will based decision you make solely based on previous and potentially future decisions/lifetimes.
you will be guided by your peeps — as in your guardian angels, your soul mentors and sisters and brothers and soul family. there is usually a member of the family that is higher in terms of soul evolution who can be your most trusted aid — their intentions are pure and unadulterated in this heavenly plane. they truly want to aid you to greater good for your soul journey.
you move accordingly ‘higher’, as you progress through lessons which play out in life — they could be a focus on grief, on maternal love, on heartbreak, on finding purpose or an amalgamation of all of the above, or not. it just depends on your level or learning and evolution and how far you want to try and progress on earth school to live out situations and circumstances that will aid and deliver these soul lessons. they will play out in conflict and co-operation, in fights and fairness, in love and hate, as earth is a place of dichotomy, of diversity and diabolical dilemmas.
earth is a charged world where black and white and grey all exist and you must or will find find a place within it, where you can carve out a niche for yourself. there will be battles and bountiful babies and there will be friction and foes and there will be dancing and disasters of the heart and earth-shattering eruptions constantly occurring to distract and diversify your attention. how you choose to live is your own free based will based choice.
how you see or feel your way around the world will depend on your past-life experiences, which will bring you to where you are today, in your chosen incarnation — in your body or space-craft or whatever you wish to call our physical housing to carry us through our functions and then you will be delivered lessons in which play out on the stage we call earth. the stage can be grand or it can be tiny and localised. either way, the aim is to do the best to your souls ability’s in every circumstance and situation thrown at you — as that is all you can do.
you cannot wish for soul superpowers you don’t have or haven’t earned or learned. you cannot skip a grade — you must endure or ignite them all. the seven sins as they call them, are first to conquer generally. but we don’t call them sins in the afterlife or home state, we call them soul lessons — the seven soul lessons for man and wu-man-kind to grasp on the earth plane.
earth is an excellent school for this kind of learning. lust, gluttony, greed, love, faith, grace and god/divine source. to be cont.
