dear doris. what the f**k is spiritual expansion & contraction? love dazed & confused, earth, the milky way galaxy.
dear folks,
here are some expanded notes journaled after issue 14 on sharing creative space. the word ‘expansion’ came through — a reminder from the higher self that sometimes the work is doing done, without any visible external changes. that the work is happening upstairs before it can come downstairs.
i have recorded a reading of this issue for subscribers who prefer to tune in and listen. simply press ▶️ above to listen (2 mins).
expanding notes.
expansion is key to life on earth. expanding and contraction, inhaling and exhale. on the exhale, allow your crown centre to open a portal to higher consciousness and on the inhale, take it all in and absorb it into your physical being.
this is the essence of life. the in’s and out’s basically. the inner and the outer, the up and the down. the outer and inner cortex are both as important as each other. you can work the muscle of one and overdevelop and strain yourself much like exercise, so take time and space to exert energy in and out in equal measure.
what comes in, must come out. what you take in, must be taken and then released.
the work happening inside your cortex is relevant to everything surrounding you and you must let it do its thing. don’t interfere with the process at work that is unseen and unheard, but can be felt and sensed and even smelt by the change in energetic structure.
don’t stress about the external changes as the internal work is working diligently away. just allow the process to be, exactly as it knows to be.
aum is the breath of life on earth. it encapsulates all the sounds and frequencies of earth and introspective integrity and external exhalation, all in one in and out breath. use it to your advantage as much as possible to re-adjust and balance your internal make up and external outlook on life.

ps. i recorded a little video of the practice to create these newsletters — so you can see the physical work of channelling below.
