this week we deep dive into mum, mama, madre, the mother of all mothers. kindly note any reference to god or goddesses, heaven or hell can be replaced with a venerable or vernacular that resonates with you.

this question was poised by my five year old who throws out the big kahuna questions moments before he falls asleep. i told him i would have to meditate on this the following morning. below is the transcription of notes received from my higher self that i read out to him the next day (bar the expletives).

at some point of the evolutionary existence of humans there was a beginning, the OG, the original gangster mother f#@ker of all MF’s and who was she exactly and how will we ever know. i don’t know how to tell you this— however the original source of mother came from the great division of source into male and female counterparts. she the first mother represented the divinity of the feminine incarnate and it was she, the eve who birthed the first human child on earth from which we have all descended.

the story of adam and eve is told from the lens of a book, the bible which serves many great lessons for many millennia of humans on earth. however in other cultures and more, eve is known merely as great mother or maternal source or the matriarch of us all. the indian goddess of devi is the female counterpart, the mother of all according to the south eastern traditions and in other cultures, she is the one who birthed the earth too. kuan yin the goddess of mercy and compassion in east asian cultures is otherwise known as great mother goddess and the bringer of children.
