this week i share a simple mantra on creativity, channeled in my notebook and transcribed for a recording with

Rachael Sardelich

. it features on her podcast the world needs more creatives and a follow on from episode 16. conversations across realms, embodying grief and clearing karmic knots.

this is a simple 3 minute listen for anyone in a creative practice or seeking more creativity in their lives. i recommend slowing it down to 0.8-0.9 speed if you are using it for a meditative practice.

part I.

a mantra for creativity

take three deep breaths in and out of your energetic system. feel the breath rising from the pit of your core being, your thymus, up to your heart and filling your lungs then up to your throat before it is released again and again.

open your channel of creativity by pulling this breath higher up top your third eye, lighting up your indigo eye that sees all that is unseen and unheard by the five senses. pull the breath up higher again into the crown and you will feel it light up violet sparks around your whole being-ness.

there is a channel open now from your hands to your heart and up through your higher chakras to form an open source of communication to creativity. this is where all ideas and sparks reign. fill your channel with what vibrates at the same level of expression and what fills your heart with love and joy from pure expression.

creativity is merely the connection to source energy that comes through your body and into your hands and feet to synthesise or magnetise or form a physical output that is imbued with the energy of your human experience and connection to the higher planes.

our entire lives and lives beyond are pure creative expressions of your soul wanting and wonton for connection and delivery of source into material and physical form. it can be difficult to manifest the unseen and unheard and intangible into the tangible, however it is our ‘job’, our service here as humankind to aim for this great or grand or granular expression.

part II.

open your voice box and repeat —

“i am an open channel of creative expression. i am here in service of source consciousness to create and express of the highest order that i can muster in my time here, with the materials made available to me on earth.

may i act in accordance to mother gaia earth and try my best to honour her and the provisions she gives to us and also the tools and skills which i have acquired over lifetimes.

may i call upon that skill set to ensure i can produce art and heart and creative parts which resonate and best serve humanity, linking us through its energetic code that has been downloaded through our channels”.

creativity is the source of all things great and small.
