dear doris. any more practical tips on meditation? part II.

dearest readers

this weeks issue relates to issue 3 the one on meditation.

i saw the classical pianist ludovico einaudi play live a couple months ago. i scored front row tickets and was seated directly behind him so that i could practically sniff his custom made italian brogues — and what an honour it was.

his music has connected me to angels, a higher state of being and opening the channel for delivery of dear doris here. the performance reminded me how through the senses we can break down the barriers to entry for higher consciousness. sound can tickle and trigger your clairaudience to lift and shift you into a meditative state before you have even sat down.

i have created a mixtape with this in mind — love is a mindfulness meditation mixtape or what my husband refers to as ‘sad classical music in minor keys’. i’ve been tweaking this mixtape every day over the last six months. particular pieces have been chosen due to their resonance and vibration which i have found have the keys to lift consciousness and notes to shift you into a state of mindfulness.

click on love is mindfulness meditation mixtape below.
